Firstly, the equipment support personnel capability assessment index system is built, with basic quality, knowledge structure and operation skills as its basic frame. Then, the index content and calculation method of the system is analyzed. Based on this, the capability assessment model for equipment support personnel based on grey entropy weight method is built and its feasibility is tested by examples.%首先建立了由基本素质、知识结构和作业技能为基本框架的装备保障人员能力评估指标体系，然后对指标体系的指标内容及其计算方法进行了分析研究，在此基础上建立了基于灰色熵权法的装备保障人员能力评价模型，最后通过示例验证了模型的可行性。
