In this paper, the judicial authentication has carried on the introduction, and discusses the present stage of geomatics technology in the application of judicial authentication, aimed at the present stage of surveying and mapping technology in the practical application of the judicial identification of a number of difficult problem to carry on the summary, and proposes the corresponding solution. Field of surveying and mapping technology and the judicial appraisal has interoperability, which involved measuring length, area, earthwork quantity, deformation, etc. Based on the caculation in practical engineering as an example, the concrete application of the surveying and mapping technology is described. Meanwhile, modern geomatics technology will move towards high technology, automation, real-time and digitized direction, and as China's economic development, forensic content richer, more and more involved in the judicial authentication activities.%本文对司法鉴定进行了介绍，并探讨了现阶段测绘技术在司法鉴定中的应用，针对现阶段测量技术在司法鉴定的实际应用中产生的若干难点问题进行汇总并提出相应的解决办法。测绘技术与司法鉴定具有互通性的领域很多，其中涉及到长度、面积、土方量、变形量等，本文以实际工程中土方量计算为例说明了测绘技术的具体应用。同时，现代测绘技术将朝着高科技、自动化、实时化和数字化方向发展，并随着我国经济发展，司法鉴定内容的更加丰富，更多的参与到司法鉴定活动中。
