Analysis shows that surface water, goaf water and fissure water in zone of weathering are the main factors of water-filling of Anshan coal mine. A series of prevention and control measures are put forward according to the specific condition of exploitation in this paper in hope of providing reference for the prevention and control of mine water damage.%通过分析表明，地表水、老窑水、风化带裂隙水是安山煤矿矿井充水的主要因素，本文针对开采的具体情况提出了一系列的防治措施，希望对矿井水害的防治提供依据。
