Based on characteristics of existing enterprises, the electricity market environment and prediction of the future trends, this paper established and operated the quality cost management system of electric power construction enterprises, and comprehensively considered the various quality cost in operation of electric power construction enterprises, thus providing reference for the development of quality management decisions and continuous quality improvement.%在现有企业特点、电力市场大环境以及未来发展趋势预测的基础上建立和运行电力施工企业质量成本管理体系，通过综合考虑电力施工企业运营过程中出现的各种质量成本，进而为制定质量管理决策、持续改进质量提供参考依据。
