The safe operation of the power grid has become one of the important factors influencing the national economic development. At present, with the continuous expediting of urbanization, the power grid connection among cities is becoming closer and as a result, the operation environment of power system is more complex. So the safe operation of power grid is getting more and more attention in the development of modern city.
