基于常规能源利用发展现状，通过从环境、经济和发展潜力三方面分析了风力发电与火力发电、水力发电之间的差异。在比较三者发电特点的基础上，阐述了风电在节能减排效益和经济利益效益中的突出优势及国家可持续发展战略等政策推动下风力发电的发展状况，为江苏能源开发和利用提出有针对性的建议。%Based on current situation of conventional energy use, this paper analyzes the difference between wind power and thermal power, and hydropower from the environmental, economic and development potential. On the basis of the three generation features, it expounds the advantages of wind power in the energy-saving and emission reduction benefit, and economic benefit, and the development situation under the national sustainable development strategies, putting forward proposals on Jiangsu energy development and use.
