This paper mainly introduces the equipments maintenance and expenses management in the pipeline construction project, such as the management responsibilities of the equipments maintenance, maintenance process management and acceptance of the completion, the management of repair parts, the coercion and management of maintenance cost, and so on. These management experiences and measures about field equipments maintenance are summarized by author in the China-Burma oil and gas pipeline (domestic segment) construction and other projects.%本文主要介绍管道施工项目机械设备维修及费用的管理。如：设备维修管理职责、维修过程管理与竣工验收、维修配件的管理、维修费用控制与管理等等。这是本人在中缅油气管道（国内段）等项目施工中，对现场设备维修总结的一些管理经验和措施。
