This paper mainly introduces the modification program and debugging of two sets of washing machine on-line control, and single-machine control. Two-sets of washing machine on-line control greatly shorten the product washed twice time, effectively improve the washing efficiency of cloth, so that the water washing process is smooth and achieve the ideal process effect.%本文主要介绍某印染企业两台水洗机既能联机控制，又能单机控制的改造方案及调试过程。两台水洗机联机控制，大大缩短了产品水洗两遍的时间，有效提高布匹的水洗效率，以便于水洗工艺的顺利进行，达到理想的工艺效果。
