现今小微企业的融资问题是各个国家小微型企业所面临的重要问题，“麦克米伦缺陷”在我国为小微企业发展过程中也有充分的体现，而且在我国体现出的缺陷更深，形成缺陷的原因也更加复杂。为了应对我国小微企业中出现的这些问题，要将国际经验作为重要的参考，在探索应对方案的过程中要和我国小微企业相结合，探索过程中还要包含对我国小微企业竞争公平性的确立，将在经济上扶持小微企业的政策良好落实，以此使地方金融改革能够加快速度，使我国小微企业能够更好的发展。%Nowadays, financing problem of small and micro enterprises is an important issue that faced by small micro-enterprises in various countries, "Macmillan defect" is fully reflected in the development process of China's small and micro-enterprises, even the defect is reflected deeper and the reasons of defect are more complex in China.
