Combining with positive psychology, management theory and survey data, the article analyzes the alumni affair administration from the perspective of happiness intervention and comes to the H2O (combinations of initials of "happy", "help" and "one") path for alumni affair administration, taking increasing alumni happy (Happiness) as targets, designs the measures on helping (Help) alumni to improve well-being, and describes the "one" principle which should be followed, to make recommendations to improve the alumni affair administration.%本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、比较法等方法,对陕西高校排球运动发展从社会心理学的角度进行比较分析,发现大学生群体对参与排球运动的社会动机强度较低,社会态度不稳定,排球运动的社会影响力较弱,参与运动的归因倾向于外部归因.从而揭示制约陕西高校排球运动发展的社会心理学方面的因素,为高校排球运动的进一步发展提供社会心理学方面的参考.
