目前,由建设部组织制定的《全国统一建筑工程基础定额》、《全国统一建筑工程预算工程量计算规则》已在全国全面实施.实行预算定额的量价分离”,由“静态”变为“动态”管理,这是工程造价的新尝试.本文对工程造价动态管理的基础首先进行了解,其次对当前工程造价的动态管理现状进行分析,最后对各类建设项目的工程造价动态管理的对策进行探讨,以期提高工程造价的管理水平及投资效益.%At present, "The Unified National Construction Engineering Foundation Quota", "The Unified National Construction Engineering Budget Bill Calculation Rules" formulated by the Ministry of Construction has been fully implemented in country. It is a new try of construction costs to implement separation of volume and price of quota of budget, and change static management to dynamic management. The article presents the basis of the dynamic management of construction costs, and analyzes the problems in the current dynamic management of construction costs, at last, discusses the countermeasures on the dynamic management of construction costs for various construction projects, hoping for improving the management level and investment benefit of construction costs.
