This paper focuses on the technology innovation of medium-small-sized environmental protection enterprises of science and technology. Whereas it analyzes the technology innovation state of medium-smal]-sized environmental protection enterprises of science and technology in China, it gives promotion to the basic thinking of these enterprises.
