Many hospitals implement open management, establish doctor-patient communication supervision mechanism, ensure medical information flow, and have made certain progress. But, the doctor-patient relationship becomes nervous, is lack of trust, the medical dispute is increasing, it is the prominent problem. This paper discusses how to construct a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
