旋转导向钻井技术在川东北元坝地区超深水平井的应用

         

摘要

本文介绍了旋转导向钻井技术的工作原理,分析了旋转导向钻井技术具有井眼轨迹平滑、中靶精确、提高机械钻速、减少复杂事故等优点,也存在抗高温性能不佳等缺点.旋转导向钻井技术在YB103H井取得了成功应用,取得了较好的经济及社会效益,也为元坝地区后续超深水平的实施提供了新的技术途径.%This paper describes the work principle of rotary steering drilling technology, analyzes its advantages, such as, borehole trajectory smoothing, target precision, increasing rate of penetration, reducing complex accident, and so on, as well as its disadvantages, such as the poor performance of high temperature resistance. Rotary steerable drilling technology is successfully used in well YB103H, and has achieved good economic and social benefits, and also provides the new technical measures for the implementation of follow-up exceeding horizontal well in Yuanba District.
