2011年是中国新一轮医改的攻坚之年,这次改革既关系到下一轮医改的启动和展开,又关系到“十二五”奋斗目标的全面实现.在这样的紧要关头,府谷县“双补双管四结合”的新医改模式为全国新一轮医改实践提供了值得借鉴的经验和依据.本文从分析府谷医改模式的特点出发,力图揭示和归纳这一模式的典范作用和推广价值,以期为我国的医改理论探索和实践奉献微薄之力.%2011 is crucial for a new round of medical reform. Fugu country government launches the new medical mode of two of subsidy, two of management, and four of combination, which provides reference for the national medical reform. Starting from analyzing the character of Fugu medical reform mode, the article tries to reveal and summarize its typical function and promotion value, hoping for devoting the national medical reform exploration and practice.
