This paper describes the design and implementation of online registration system based on Web. Online registration system based on Web is developed which suits College of Engineering, Xi' an International University through the design of Logic function, physical implementation and practical test to promote teaching and learning, improve teaching effectiveness, meet the timely exchange of students.
