以技术规则指导教育活动在中国当代教育领域普遍存在,这种唯技是从的思想倾向使得各阶段的教育只重“技”育而不重“德”育,并最终导致学生缺乏应有的人文素养、人文精神.因此,在教育领域必须破除这种技术主义思想倾向,树立正确的人才培养观念,使教育活动回到正确的轨道,受教育者的身心得到全面的发展.%This paper analyzed the "Excellent Engineers Plan" proposed by Ministry of Education, combined with the feature of local engineering colleges. Based on the implementation in Xi'an University of Science and Technology, it discussed the steps and strategies of "Excellent Engineers Plan".
