医学院校PBL教学法优势分析研究

         

摘要

Objective: evaluate the teaching effect of PBL instruction in the ideological and political theory course teaching. Methods: make cluster sampling of PBL group and LBL group at random. Results: 1. The exam results analysis: the difference of two groups' total score is statistically significant (P< 0.05), the difference of the basic theory is not statistically significant, and the total score of PBL group of case analysis problem is higher than LBL group; 2. Questionnaire analysis: PBL group's self-study ability is better than LBL group in many aspects. Conclusion: on the premise of guaranteeing integration content of curriculum, the PBL instruction combined with the specialty characteristics does not hinder from the understanding of theory knowledge, can fully mobilize learning initiative to improve its analysis and problem solving ability.%目的:评价在思想政治理论课教学中PBL教学法的效果.方法:随机整群抽样设立PBL组和LBL组.结果:1.考试成绩分析:两组的总成绩差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),其中基础理论题的差异无统计学意义,病例分析题PBL组成绩明显高于LBL组;2.问卷调查分析:PBL组在自学能力等诸多方面优于LBL组.结论:在保证课程整合内容合理前提下,结合专业特点的PBL教学法不影响学生系统掌握理论知识,更能充分调动学习主动性,提高其分析和解决问题的能力.
