This paper made a more comprehensive analysis for the problems of the long-term excessive condensate dissolved oxygen of direct air cooling unit in the factory, found the reasons and took some measures. It proved by the practice of unit operation that the measures had obtain good results, solved the problem of excessive oxygen in condensate, and lay a good foundation for the security, stability and economic operation of the direct air-cooled units.%本文针对本厂直接空冷机组凝结水溶氧长期超标的问题进行了较全面地分析,查明了其超标原因,采取了一些处理措施.通过机组运行实践证明:取得了较好的效果,有效地解决凝结水溶氧超标的问题,为直接空冷机组的安全、稳定与经济运行奠定良好的基础.
