近年来,互联网的新应用层出不穷,推动着信息技术革命向“以个体为中心的网络”方向发展.本文以Web 2.0倡导“自由、共享、参与”的精神为根本立足点,总结了网络时代教师专业发展所呈现的一些新特征,做出了应用Web 2.O技术为教师专业发展助力的可行性分析,并探讨了教师学习共同体模式下新型网络工具的应用方案及其预期效果.%In recent years, the new application of Internet is emerging one after another, which promoted the revolution in information technology to "the individual-centered network". The article discussed the features of Web 2.0 such as free, sharing, and participating in, and summarizes the new characteristics of teachers' professional development at network period. At last, it make feasible analysis on promoting teachers' professional development using the Web 2.0 technology, and discusses the application of new network tools under the mode of teacher learning community and expected effect.
