China's higher education has experienced a rapid development stage since the end of last century. All types of schools at all levels have new situation. Therefore, the paper uses literature review, expert interviews, logical analysis and other research methods of sociology to studies the personnel archive management of the newly upgraded colleges and universities, and finds out the problems existing in it. And then, it analyzes the causes and discusses the resolution, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures, hoping to improve the personnel archive management of the newly upgraded colleges and universities.%上世纪末至今,我国高等教育经历了一个高速发展阶段,各级各类学校都有了新的局面.为此,研究运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等社会学研究方法对新升格普通本科院校的人事档案管理工作进行了初步研究.通过分析在新的形势下新升本院校人事档案管理工作中存在主要问题的根源,探讨解决之道,提出合理化对策,以期待新升格普通本科院校的人事档案管理工作更进一步.
