From the perspective of the world, our troops' ability of independent innovation is weak, and still imitates and adapts to foreign technology. Independent innovation is related to national security, and prospect and destiny, and is the core of national defense competiveness. The key of improving troops' fighting ability under information condition is to improve our troops' ability of independent innovation on core technique of scientific and technical weapons.
