This paper first introduces the demolishing scheme of a super major bridge, and then summarizes and analyzes the problems in demolishing such as prestressed pipe uncompacted grouting, concrete surplus amount, non-uniform section size, concrete uneven quality, poor precision of closure, and puts forward the corresponding strategy and demand, hoping to provide enlightenment for the peer, and be helpful to the future construction management and technology management.%本文首先对某特大桥的拆除方案进行了简单介绍,然后对在拆除过程中发现的预应力孔道压浆不饱满、混凝土超方现象严重、截面尺寸不均匀、混凝土质地不均匀、合拢精度差等问题进行了归纳、分析.并就存在的问题提出了一些相应的对策和要求.希望能给大家一点启示,对今后的施工管理和技术管理工作有所帮助.
