Compared to economically developed provinces ,the gap of less total number of elite athletes in Shaanxi Province is obvious; to protect the status quo gives priority to industry internal security, which lacks support of local security fund policy. Active athletes are not satisfied to existing job placement, resulting in some logs of human resources, and economically underdeveloped western provinces fail to keep the sports talents, which influence the balanced development of the population of competitive sports, reduce the competitiveness of Shaanxi province in the competitive platform. For the existing problems, the corresponding solutions are proposed.%陕西省优秀运动员总人数少与经济发达省份相比差距很大；保障现状以行业内部保障为主,缺少地方保障基金政策支持.现役运动员对现有的就业安置不满意,造成部分人力资源流失,经济欠发达的西部省份留不住体育人才,影响了竞技体育人口的平衡发展,减弱了我省在竞技平台上的竞争力.针对上述调查中存在的问题,提出相应的解决方法.
