基于大庆石化公司炼油厂糠醛精制装置抽出液循环工艺应用后的生产现状,本文对比了抽出液循环工艺使用前后的工艺状况及投用工艺之后存在的问题,并针对问题,提出了相应的优化方案,降低装置综合能耗,从而降低润滑油生产成本,创造更高的经济效益.%Based on the manufacturing condition of the extract recycle process in LUBE oil furfural refining unit in Oil Refinery of Daqing Petro Chemical Company, this paper compares the differences before and after the application of the extract recycle process. Then the paper points out some existing problems after the application of the process. On these problems, the paper provides the corresponding optimization, which is to reduce the energy consumption of the unit as to reduce the manufacturing cost of lube. Therefore, it can produce more economic benefits.
