For content with the requirement about the optical axis's adjust angle of auto front lamp, and for convenient with the auto off the assembly line and customer easier to adjust the light in time,and for avoiding the adjust screw interference when it is too long, or reflector off when it is too short, combined the author's design experience, this paper introduced a fast calculation method for designing the screw's length.%为满足汽车前照灯[1]的光轴调整角度需要,方便汽车整车下线时调整灯光和顾客使用时及时调整灯光,避免调节螺杆过长出现调整时干涉或者过短出现反射镜调脱现象等,结合自己的设计经验介绍一种快速设计螺纹长度的计算方法.
