The paper makes a study of the present situation of medical and health industry at Tibet, Qinghai, and Ningxia in 2010. The social benefits and social responsibility at three places is good, and the cost budget control cost outlay should be increased. For Tibet, the medical technology, service quality, and management ability should be improved; for Qinghai, the working capital should be made good use of; for Ningxia, the structure and quality of asset scale and quality should be paid attention to, and avoid blind expansion.%研究2010年西藏、青海、宁夏医疗卫生行业现状,三地均发挥着较好的社会效益和社会责任,应加强成本预算控制成本支出.西藏地区应加强医疗技术、医疗服务质量和管理能力的提高,青海地区应加强流动资金的利用,宁夏地区要重视资产规模的结构和质量,避免盲目扩张.
