随着我国医疗保障制度的建立,对参合群众的疾病谱研究可以有效预防和控制疾病、合理配置卫生资源.本文在分析我国疾病谱研究的现状基础上提出咸阳市参合群众疾病谱研究的意义,并分析了咸阳市参合群众疾病谱的变化及其预防控制工作面临的挑战.%With the establishment of China's medical insurance system, studying the spectrum of disease of the masses of participating in the cooperative medical care can effectively prevent and control the disease, rationally allocate health resources. On the basis of the analysis of the status of studying China's spectrum of disease, this paper puts forward significance of studying spectrum of disease of the masses of participating in the cooperative medical care in Xianyang City and analyzes its change as well as the challenge faced by its prevention and control work.
