The paper makes an in-depth research of the problems and countermeasures of the services on basketball venues,by means of the Literature Material.Expert Interview,Questionnaire Survey,and comes up with some practical advices that the condition of improving the quality of facilities,of strengthening the management personnels' training,and of establishing a complete system on analysis and evaluation of management is that indispensable for the development of the basketball venues services.%本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法,对我国篮球场馆服务业存在的问题以及对策做了较为深入的研究,提出了具有实践意义的举措,认为改善场馆的设施条件,加强经营和管理人才的培训,建立完整的经营分析与评价体系是篮球场馆服务业发展不可或缺的条件.
