本文结合PHC管桩施工中遇到的问题,主要是在穿越密实砂层时遇到的贯入度较小,不能很好地达到设计桩长的情况,在研究既有资料的基础上,从设备性能入手,通过调整燃油控制垫片,减小锤击能,从而有效地解决了由于应力过大造成桩头破坏的情况,进而达到顺利穿越密实砂层的目的.%Combining with the problems in the construction of PHC pile, under the condition that penetration degrees is small, and it can not meet the design pile length, based on existing data, this paper starts from the device performance, reduces the hammering enersy by adjusting the fuel control pads, so as to effectively solve the problem of pile head destruction caused by excessive stress, thus to achieve the purpose of smoothly through the dense silt laver.
