目前,建筑楼面裂缝尚未引起工程人员足够重视,现浇钢筋混凝土楼面板的裂缝,是目前较难克服的质量通病之一,特别是住宅工程楼面出现裂缝,往往会引起投诉、纠纷以及索赔要求等.现结合笔者多年来大量施工实践中的经验和教训,从施工的角度,阐述楼面裂缝的原因及综合防治措施.%At present, engineering staffs haven't attached enough importance to the floor cracks, in-situ reinforced concrete is one of difficult quality problems to overcome, and in particular, cracks in the floor of residential projects often lead to complaints, disputes and claims and so on. Now with the construction experience and lessons from practice over years, the author explains the reasons for cracks in floor and integrated control measures.
