我国新建机场所需的配套货站和既有机场贷站的改扩建项目需要大量资金,本文对这些机场货站建设的融资问题进行了初步探索.根据机场货站所具有的一般投资项目特点,本文建议采用债券融资,产业投资基金和战略投资者、BOT模式和PPP模式,并对四种方式各自的特点进行了初步分析,本文还概述了目前货站建设不宜采取某些融资方式的原因.%The attachment cargo station of newly-built airport and expansion of the existing airport cargo station requires large numbers of capitals,this article focuses on the problems of financing for those cargo station building and provides a preliminary exploration. According to the investment item character of cargo stations, this article suggests bonds,industrial fund and strategics investor, BOT and PPP models, and points out the characteristics of four methods individually. This article also indicates the reasons for some unsuitable methods of financing for cargo station building.
