我国建筑工程监理制度是建筑工程质量的重要保证体系,为建筑市场的有序发展做出了重要贡献.但是值得注意的是,在监理行业中出现的问题,在某种程度上削弱了监理制度监督力量.本文从监理制度的角度提出了建筑监理行业实行协会制度,并分析了在此种制度下如何避免现有问题的出现.%China’s construction supervision system is the important assurance system for construction engineering quality which makes great contribution for the orderly development of construction market.But it is worth noting that the problems appeared at supervision industry weakened the supervision system’s power in some degree.The paper supervision industry’s application of association system from the angle of supervision system and how to avoid the current problems under this system is analyzed.
