经过金融危机对全球经济的影响,海洋工程受到了各方的青睐.由于我国是油气消费大国,资源的相对匮乏,使得我国对海洋工程越来越引起重视.本文采用项目管理中的作业分解(WBS)方法对海工项目进行研究及运用,预期会收到不错的效果.同时,也助于进一步对海工项目中的成本进行研究和控制.%For the influence of financial crisis on the global economy, offshore engineering is favored by all sides. China is a large oil and gas consuming country with relative scarcity of resources, making our country pays more and more attention to marine engineering. In this paper, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) method is adopted for marine research and application projects, which is expected to receive good results and also helpful to further research and control marine projects costs.
