Combining with the decoration design and construction practice of Kaixin comprehernsive building.this paper discussed the interior design and construction quality control of commcrcial building under the certain budget allowance. Construction practice has proved that it is feasible to combine the post-modern design techniques, new technologies, and new materials in the preliminary design of interior decoration, reasonable choose environmentally low-carbon material at the same time, deploy fine furnishings, strengthen the quality control measures in the construction process, and achieve practicality, economy, aesthetics and environmental effects of interior decoration under the same investment.%结合凯欣综合楼内装修设计及施工实践,探讨了在一定预算限额条件下商务楼内装修设计与施工质量控制.施工实践证明,在内装修前期设计中采用后现代设计手法与新技术、新材料相结合,同时合理选择环保低碳材料,配置精致家具陈设,在施工过程中通过加强质量控制措施,在相同投资下达到实用性、经济性、美观性及环保性的内装修效果是切实可行的.
