本文主要结合广州电信的实际情况,研究了如何对IDM方法论进行扩展和灵活应用,如收入预测模型、流失预测模型、宽带客户分群等,并针对应用中遇到的问题,提出了几点我们在工作中应该怎样探索这些问题的解决方法.%Combining with practical situation of Guangzhou Telecom,this paper studied the extension and flexible application of IDM methodology such as income forecasting model,loss forecasting model and classification of broadband subscribers etc.,and put forward some suggestions for exploring the solutions aiming at the problems encountering in application.
