The software ADS and HFSS are applied to design a kind of X Band Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (DRO). The simulation shows that the circuit oscillates on the frequency of 8.75GHz, the output power of DRO is 9.5 dBm and the phase noise is -115.4dBc/Hz@10kHz, -138.3dBc/Hz@100kHz,- 167.3dBc/Hz@1MHz. The isolated construction strengthens the real debugging guide from simulation, lowers the difficulty of debugging and provides a new idea of cavity miniaturization of DRO.%采用ADS和HFSS软件设计了一种X波段隔离结构的介质振荡器(DRO),通过电路仿真得到该电路振荡在8.75GHz,输出功率为9.5dBm,相位噪声为-115.4dBc/Hz@10kHz,-138.3dBc/Hz@100kHz,-167.3dBc/Hz@1MHz.隔离结构加强了仿真对实物调试的指导意义,降低了调试的难度,并为DRO腔体的小型化提供了一种新思路.
