地理信息具有分布式特征,这种特征要求对地理信息的组织与处理由集中式变为分布式.随着GIS应用由Intranet发展到Internet,特别是涉及到多数据库系统、多平台、多网络协议的异构环境,传统的将用户界面和业务逻辑、数据源以及通讯协议绑定在一起的应用系统建设方式将不再适合.本文从进一步提高分布式GIS能力的角度上,提出了基于SOA框架,以Web服务为技术核心,把基于Web的空间数据共享引入一个更高的层次,实现地理信息共享及互操作.%Geographic information has distributed features. It requires the ways of organization and process of geographic information should be changed from centralization to distribution. The applications of GIg have been developing from the lntranet to the lnteroet, especially to the heterogeneous environments consisted of the multi-database, multi-platform and multi-network protocol. It is not compatible to put the user interfaces, processes,datasets, and communication protocols in a homogenous development environment any more. In order to improve the functionalities of distributed GIS, the paper provides a higher level solution, which is taking SOA as the framework, Web Services technologies as the technological core.
