Project cost control is important in building construction. It is the ultimate goal that construction company pursuit to complete the scheduled construction project in specified time. Construction project cost control is to forecast, plan, control, account, assess and analyze organizationally,systematically, reasonably and scientifically the total cost in construction project. This paper aims at cost control at each stage of construction project and conducts analysis, in combination with the actual situation in China, and project management experience in cost control in mature, puts forward proposals on cost control of construction projects.%项目成本控制是建筑工程施工中的重要管理内容,如何以最低的成本在规定的工期内完成预定的工程项目成为很多建筑单位追求的最终目标.建筑工程项目成本控制是对工程项目过程中所有的费用进行的组织,系统,合理而又科学地预测,计划,控制,核算,考核,分析等工作.本文试针对建筑工程项目各个阶段的造价控制进行分析研究,结合我国的实际情况和项目管理中成熟的成本控制经验,提出建筑工程的成本控制建议.
