Along with the advancing of network-based college English teaching reform there appears leaning method deficiency, planning deficiency,monitoring and evaluating deficiency, as well as emotional deficiency. This paper aims to discuss the important role of management strategy in networkbased college English teaching and puts forward management strategy training method under this teaching mode.%随着大学英语网络化教学改革的推进,网络化教学模式下学习方法缺失,计划性、系统性缺失,监控和评价缺失,情感缺失等现象大量出现.本文旨在讨论管理策略在大学英语网络化教学中的重要作用,并提出在大学英语网络化教学模式下对学生进行管理策略培训的方法.
