进入21世纪,科技迅速发展、经济全球化和知识经济的冲击,将使我国建筑企业面临更加剧烈的国际国内竞争.而这些挑战对企业中的人力资源管理的冲击又是最大的,没有创新,不进行改革,建筑企业就没有出路.本文从一个新的视点出发,将先进的项目化运作方式应用于企业的人力资源管理改革过程,并采用构建模式的方法使论点更加明晰,更具有实用性.%In 21 century, rapid development of science and technology, economic globalization and shock of knowledge economy make China's building enterprises face more serious domestic and international competition. Shock on human resource management in enterprises is greatest. If building enterprises do not innovate and inform, there will no way out. From a new view, this paper applied the advanced projectized operating way in human resource management reform of enterpnse, and use method of construction pattern to make argument clear and practical.
