灌区混凝土建筑物的硫酸盐侵蚀破坏试验及其破坏机理研究

         

摘要

经对地处我国西北干旱区的甘肃景电灌区和宁夏固海灌区混凝土建筑物附近地下水样和土样的试验分析,发现灌区混凝土建筑物的侵蚀破坏主要是硫酸盐的侵蚀破坏.通过硫酸钠和硫酸镁的试验分析,深入探究了灌区灌溉回归水中硫酸根离子对建筑物的破坏机理,研究表明在腐蚀初期,由于新生成的盐结晶体的体积增长,使混凝土孔隙率变小,密实度提高,此时混凝土强度有所提高;在腐蚀后期,由于大量膨胀性产物在孔结构内的膨胀压力不断增长,使孔结构遭到破坏,内部微裂缝不断扩展,导致混凝土强度不断降低.%Through the test analysis of underground water and soil sample of Gansu Jing electric irrigation area and Ningxia solid sea irrigation area which located in the northwest arid areas of our country ,founding that the major erosion to concrete buildings is the erosion of sulfate damage.Through the sodium sulfate and magnesium sulfate experimental analysis of irrigated area, research into sulfate ion which include irrigate regress water destroy mechanism of building.The study shows thai early in the erosion, because of salt crystals volume growth of the new generation, make concrete porosity decrease and density enhances, at this time, the strength of concrete are improved.In the later period,the constantly growth to expansion stress of large products of expansion in the pore structure.the pore structure were destroyed and internal micro cracks continued to expand,make the concrete stress decrease.
