With China's rapid development of infrastructure, especially road construction which has grown rapidly, highway construction project management has become an inevitable need. This paper briefly describes present situation of construction management of highway projects firstly, and then starts from some aspects, such as strengthening management of highway projects' system, plans, cost, quality, safety, mechanical equipment and final acceptance of construction, to ensure highway projects can be proceeded orderly.%随着我国基础建设事业的高速发展,特别是公路建设,发展极为迅速,公路工程项目的施工管理已成为必然需要.本文在简要阐述现阶段公路工程项目施工管理现状基础上,从加强项目的制度、计划、人本、成本、质量、安全、机械设备、竣工验收等方面的管理入手,以确保公路工程项目的有序进行.
