The systems engineering approach is to consider all kinds of complex problems from systematic perspective, and analyze and deal with the structure, elements, information as well as feedback of the system scientifically so as to achieve the overall best solutions. The systems engineering approach applied in cost management of enterprise can increase the scientificity, efficiency and accuracy of management decision-making. In this paper, problems of cost management were studied from systems engineering approach, and personal opinions on how to optimize the cost management were put forward.%系统工程方法就是将各类复杂问题以系统角度考虑,科学的对系统的结构、要素、信息和反馈进行综合的分析和处理,达到总体最优的解决方案.将系统工程方法运用于企业的成本管理中,能够增加管理决策的科学性、高效性、准确性.本文从系统工程方法来研究成本管理问题,对如何优化成本管理提出个人见解.
