Starting from the problems existing in current gymnastics teaching mode in sports colleges, this paper puts forward the gymnastics teaching new system of "integration of two bodies", combining with the requirements of current market development for students majored gymnastics and new situation of social sports development.%本研究通过对体育院系高校健美操教学模式现状存在问题的论述,结合当前市场发展对健美操专业学生的要求以及社会体育发展的新形式,提出了构建“二位一体”健美操教学新体系的构想.
