在新形势下,传统的思想政治教育方式难以适应新时代大学生的学习需要.因而在国家“文化战略”大形势中,加强并创新思政教育是当前各大高校的重要研究课题,也要求对大学生从外加人文关怀到自省需求的促动转变.本文以宁波地区高校为例,从提升大学生人文价值,探讨其对推进大学生思想政治教育工作的方法和意义,并提出进一步有效推进的几点思考,以期为该研究领域提供一点参考.%In the new situation, the traditional ideological and political education is difficult to adapt to college students' learning needs in new era. Thus in the national "cultural strategy", strengthening and innovating the ideological and political education is an important research in major universities, but also requires the students to change from external humane care to self-reflection demand. Taking colleges and universities in Ningbo for examples, this paper discusses the methods and meaning of promoting the ideological and political education work from enhancing the human value of students, and promotes further effective reflections, in order to provide some reference for the research.
