Based on the lubrication analysis between cylinder liner and piston ring ,the asperity load and wear rate of piston ring at different crank angles were calculated .The Archard wear calculation model was modified according to the dynamic load characteristics ,the engine operating conditions were discretized according to the load classification and the wear parameters of each discrete mesh were acquired .Based on the engine load spectrum ,the cylinder liner wear spectrum under typical mission profile was compiled using the time interpolation method .%通过对气缸套-活塞环进行润滑分析 ,得到了不同曲轴转角位置活塞环的微凸体载荷分布及磨损速率.结合动载荷特点对A rchard磨损计算模型进行了修正 ,同时根据载荷分级对发动机工况进行了离散 ,计算得到了各离散网格单元内的磨损参数 ,基于发动机整机载荷谱 ,采用时间插值方法 ,编制了典型任务剖面下的气缸套磨损谱.
