压缩天然气发动机空气管理执行器驱动控制研究

         

摘要

The electronic control system and its air management system of compressed natural gas (CNG) engine were intro-duced and the drive requirement for actuator was put forward .The nonlinear analysis of electronic throttle key actuator for air management system was carried out ,the influence of hardware drive signal on throttle drive dynamic response was researched and the drive frequency and duty cycle were determined .The drive control model of bypass valve was built by analyzing its characteristics .The bench test shows that the drive control strategy can realize the regulation of electronic throttle and thus the accurate control of boost pressure .%阐述了天然气发动机电控系统及其空气管理系统的作用,提出了对执行器驱动的要求。通过对空气管理系统关键执行器电子节气门的非线性分析,研究了硬件驱动信号对节气门驱动动态响应性的影响,确定了节气门驱动的频率和占空比;通过分析旁通控制阀特性,建立了旁通阀驱动控制模型。发动机台架试验表明,执行器驱动控制策略可以实现对空气管理系统执行器电子节气门开度以及增压压力的精确控制。
