A new four-mode hybrid vehicle system was introduced ,the hardware-in-loop simulation model was established and its measurement system was designed .The results show that the system is stable and reliable .The system can meet the real-time and accuracy requirements of measurement ,which can be used for control strategy verification and optimization ,control software or hardware debugging and testing ,control parameter calibration ,fault simulation and OBD testing ,vehicle driving condition simulation ,sensor or actuator simulation and on-line energy and emission control .%介绍了一种客车用新型四模混合动力系统,建立了在环仿真模型,设计了控制器硬件在环仿真测试系统。结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,可满足控制器硬件在环测试的实时性和准确性要求,可用于对控制策略进行验证和优化、控制器软硬件调试和测试、控制参数标定、故障模拟和OBD测试、整车运行工况模拟、传感器及执行器模拟等,也可用于整车道路运行时的能耗与排放的控制器在环仿真测试。
