结构非线性因素影响下的燃烧室结构变形特征分析

         

摘要

为评估某V型高强化柴油机燃烧室结构的变形特征,考虑燃烧室组合结构非线性因素,建立燃烧室结构变形有限元分析模型,采用有限元非线性求解方法对燃烧室结构变形进行求解,得到燃烧室气缸盖和气缸套的变形量。在此基础上,分析燃烧室结构的变形特征,应用离散傅里叶变换方法对气缸套截面变形进行分解,获得气缸套不同高度截面变形规律。结果表明,燃烧室气缸盖火力面变形对气门的密封性能影响很小,缸盖螺栓预紧载荷和燃烧室热负荷对气缸套缸口和凸肩处截面变形影响较大,气缸套中下部截面变形以椭圆变形为主,受燃烧室支撑结构的影响,缸套整体出现倾斜变形。%In order to investigate the structure deformation of the highly intensified diesel engine combustion chamber ,the fi-nite element analysis model of combustion chamber deformation was built considering the combustion chamber structural nonlin-ear factors .With the nonlinear solving of finite element method ,the deformation results of cylinder head and cylinder liner were acquired .The deformation characteristics of combustion chamber were analyzed ,the cylinder liner cross-section deformation was decomposed with the discrete Fourier transform analysis method ,and the cross-section deformation of cylinder liner at dif-ferent heights were determined .The results show that the deformation of cylinder head flame-face has minor influence on valve sealing performance .The cylinder head bolt preload and combustion chamber heat load have large influence on cylinder liner brim and convex shoulder section deformation .The medium and lower section deformation of cylinder liner shows an ellipse shape and the whole cylinder liner shows decline deformation due to the supporting structure of combustion chamber .
